Zombie
Is this film a cinematic masterpiece? NO! Is the acting
in it of even adequate caliber? NO! Is there an underwater
fight scene between a shark and a zombie? YES!
The plot of this Lucio Fulci film involves a boat which shows
up in NYC harbor with one of those wacky undead fucks on board.
A couple pigs jump on board and one promptly gets snuffed
out while the other one kills the Ronald Reagen lookalike.
The boat is linked to our main chick who takes off with some
reporter to the island of Matool. Put an 'I' before that island
name and you the average IQ of everyone on board.
The highlight of this film is perhaps the zombie makeup, making the quickly slapped together gray pasty skin of the tons of extras in Dawn of the Dead
look pale in comparison. No pun intended. Of course the above mentioned shark/zombie fight is good for a couple laughs especially since it's obvious that the
shark being used is apparently a plankton eater of some sort.
Another highlight is the featured video clip. A zombie in
hot pursuit of a girl punches through the door and grabs ahold
of our hapless victims hair pulling her towards a splinter
in the door with unpleasant results. enjoy.
