Took Hadassah out tonite. Bitch wouldn't quit fucking whining
when I got home from work. "We are going somewhere tonite.
I will not spend two weekends in a row cooped up in here". Christ on a popsicle stick.
Took her to Tiberio's Italian on K street. Bored the hell out of me.
While I was eating my aragosta fra diavolo the cypress hill song from the first level of Kingpin kept going thru my head.
It really hadn't registered with me before but now it was infectious to the point of me having to clamp my mouth shut less I make
odd noises with my mouth. Feigned illness when we got to the car. Pretended to puke at home and said I felt much better - must have been
mild food poisoning. She went to bed. I installed Soldier of Fortune.
Now this game was cool. I was pretty decent at this right
off the bat with my experience at Rogue Spear and Kingpin
and all. The first head i clean sheared off I almost jumped
out of my seat in glee. I then proceeded to steady blast the
corpse and was even more thrilled to see limbs detach and
skid across the floor! Even more fun was capping the innocent
hostages. Good game!
I played this game until 4am and then got into bed next to Hadassah. I lay awake and for the first time since taking on this experiment.
I realized that there had been some changes that had come over me. I felt like I had been ignorant at best and utterately shamefully pathetic
at my worst. These games were fun and if they contained some "objectionable material" for some parents, fuck 'em.
Yet I had my dignity. How could I face Wellstone? I'd hump his dead corpse in a game of SOF. I lay here in deep thought.

It's 6:02am. Have decided to give up my seat in the Senate. Life is too precious to waste serving the American public. I've written
a formal resignation speech outlining my "exhaustion" (from playing games until 4am every nite - haha) from the job. This seems to be the
only reasonable path to take. I've been a fool for too long and its time to set things straight. I've bought Hana a Playstation 2 which I
validated to Hadassah with some incredible verbal gymnastics. She was flabbergasted. They don't know yet - it'll be a gradual process but
they'll come around.
